You'll leverage the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver, delegate, supervise, and document comprehensive care and patient/family education. Collaborate seamlessly with the healthcare team to communicate vital patient and family information, and take an active role in identifying and implementing solutions that keep patients on track with their care goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: BSN preferred. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. Health care provider certification (BLS).
