Closet Factory of Kentucky is growing, and we are looking for a skilled, dependable Cabinet Maker & Installer to join our close-knit team. Closet Factory is a leader in custom home organization, designing and installing high-quality, fully customized solutions for closets, home offices, garages, entertainment centers, pantries, libraries, laundry rooms and more. What You'll Do As a Cabinet Maker & Installer, you will help create and install our custom storage systems while ensuring every finished project meets Closet Factory's high standards. Responsibilities include:

• Assemble and install custom cabinetry, closets, shelving and storage systems.
• Complete projects from beginning to end with precision and attention to detail.
• Read and interpret installation instructions, drawings and project specifications.
• Properly measure, fit, mount and adjust cabinetry and components at the job site.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Diagnose and resolve installation challenges as they arise.
• Carefully transport and handle cabinetry, materials, tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and job site.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure the client is satisfied with the completed project.
• Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience in cabinetry, carpentry, woodworking, construction or installation.
• Experience installing custom closets, cabinetry or storage systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of or experience with the 32-millimeter cabinet system is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to read measurements, plans, drawings and installation instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for installation work.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Availability to work occasional Saturdays as needed.
